Canadalove the product, dissapointed by the customer service
There is no doubt that I love the shoes. However, the customer service wasn’t as I expected. I was quickly advised that they were back order, and that I would get some news as soon as possible. However, I had to write them back to have some news and finally never heard of them when the order was finally shipped.At least Canada Post sent me a notification.Since I only heard good things from the customer service, I was disappointed and therefore probably won’t order from Calzuro even though I will need more surgical shoes in the next years.
